The natural conditions
Thua Thien-Hue is a province in central Vietnam, the north border of Quang Tri province, the south city. Da Nang, Quang Nam province, southwest, west based on the majestic Truong Son range and also the Vietnam – Laos, east overlooking the sea.
Hue is an exception in climate over North and South. The climate is harsh and there is a difference between regions in the province. Coastal areas, plains of the province has two seasons: dry season from March to August, sweltering hot, sometimes up to 39.9 º C. From August to January in Hue is the rainy season, floods temperature is 19,7 º C, the lowest temperature is 8.8 º C. This season there are often rains all day, sometimes lasting a week. In the mountainous region, the climate is cooler, the lowest temperature 9 º C, the highest is 29 º C.
